We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how Ridnest handles order cancellation requests and order changes for customers in the United States.
How to Request a Cancellation or Change
To request a cancellation or order change, please email us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- Your request, such as cancellation, address change, or item change

1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders may be canceled or changed only before they are processed and shipped.
- Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. If Your Order Has Already Shipped
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
- You may still be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement in accordance with our return and refund policy after delivery.
