Before Filing a Chargeback or Dispute
Filing a chargeback may delay resolution, as payment providers may place the transaction on hold during an investigation. In many cases, we can resolve issues faster through direct support.
Depending on the issue, we may offer:
- Refunds, when eligible
- Replacements
- Reshipments
- Order assistance, including tracking and carrier support
Tracking & Delivery Investigations
If tracking shows your order as delivered but the package was not received, we may help with a carrier investigation.

- Supporting documentation may be required, such as carrier confirmation or related proof
Unauthorized Purchases

Chargebacks filed in bad faith, such as claiming non-delivery when tracking confirms delivery, may be disputed with supporting evidence.
