Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. All eligible orders include secure checkout and tracked shipping.
How quickly are orders processed?
- Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Some items may ship the same business day when available.
- Processing times may be slightly extended during holidays or high-demand periods.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only before your order has been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation or change, please email support@ridnest.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
- Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not qualify for a full refund.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times within the United States:
- US-stock items: 2–7 business days
- Most orders: 7–12 business days
- Rare delays: Up to 15 business days due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or remote locations
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment, and occasionally may take up to 3 business days. You can monitor your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
Please check with neighbors or household members, your building office or front desk, and your local carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we may help with a carrier investigation and the next steps.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occasionally happen due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, peak or holiday seasons, or remote delivery areas. If your shipment appears delayed, we’ll be happy to assist.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Items should be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition when applicable.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the issue is our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we provide a return shipping label when required.
- If it is a change of mind or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do all items need to be returned?
Not always. In some cases, we may offer a refund, replacement, or reshipment without requiring a return. Return instructions will be provided after approval.
What items are non-returnable?
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, opened personal care or hygiene products, hazardous materials, gift cards, and final sale items when clearly marked. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

Why should I contact you before filing a chargeback?
Chargebacks may delay resolution because payment providers place transactions on hold during investigation. Direct support is often the fastest and most efficient way to resolve an issue.
What happens in cases of false or abusive chargebacks?
If a chargeback is filed in bad faith, such as claiming non-delivery when tracking confirms delivery, we may dispute it using tracking confirmation, delivery verification, fulfillment documentation, and communication records.
