We currently support returns, refunds, and replacements for eligible orders delivered within the United States (USA) only.

1. 30-Day Return Window (USA Only)

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unused and in original packaging when applicable
  • With tags when applicable
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order number, may be required

To start a return, please email support@ridnest.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A reshipment
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund when appropriate

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request clear photos or video, including images of the outer packaging when available.

3. Orders Not Arrived (Delayed Orders)

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we will assist right away.

If the package still cannot be located, we may help with a carrier investigation. A replacement or reshipment may be offered after review, and supporting documentation may be required.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request an approved return and place a new order once the return process is complete.

Return addresses vary depending on the product and issue. Please do not send any item back until you receive approved return instructions and the correct return address from support@ridnest.com.
